|Description:||The Banquet Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Banquet Department and other duties delegated by the Clubhouse Manager. The Banquet Manager will closely communicate with the Executive Chef, Sous-Chef, Lead Server(s), Accountant and Golf Management, on special functions, bookings, service problems, guest comments and billing. |
The Banquet Manager will initiate contact with the on-site coordinator(s)/client(s) of each group in order to ensure satisfaction and fulfill any special requests or changes.
|Duties:||*The Banquet Manager will work a minimum |
of 5 days a week and will be required to work
on weekends, holidays high demand days as
instructed by Clubhouse Manager.
*The Banquet Manager will create and confirm
the weekly department schedules ensuring
that all events including Banquets bars are
appropriately staffed all all times.
*The Banquet Manager will inspect all
preparation areas, walk-in and reach
in refrigerators and freezers to insure proper
holding temperatures, organization and
*Other duties as assigned.
|Qualifications:||*Possess a minimum 2 years of similar Food &|
Beverage related management or assistant
management exp in a Country Club, Hotel,
Resort or similar setting.
*Possess advanced spread sheet and word
processing exp such as Word and Excel.
*Possess advanced math skills and have the
ability to handle money and operate a point-
*Possess ability to work in a standing position
for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
*Possess ability to safely lift and easily
maneuver trays and equipment frequently
